Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

bloometrics School Connect (“the Service”) is a web-based platform provided by NIYAMKAVACH AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Company”) that helps schools digitize parent-teacher meeting workflows, developmental observations, and parent communication.

2. User Accounts

• Schools register through a guided onboarding process
• Teacher accounts are created by school administrators
• Parents do not require accounts — they access the platform via shared links
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

3. Acceptable Use

The Service must be used solely for educational purposes related to student developmental tracking and parent-teacher communication. Users agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading information about students
• Share access links with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access data belonging to other schools or students
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than its intended educational use

4. Free Pilot

The free pilot tier provides full platform access for up to 100 students for 3 months. No credit card is required. At the end of the pilot period, schools may choose to upgrade to a paid plan or discontinue use.

5. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed annually on a per-student basis. Pricing is as listed on our website. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with 60 days advance notice to existing customers.

6. Data Ownership

Schools retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform. The Company acts solely as a data processor. Schools may request a full data export at any time.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, which will be communicated in advance when possible. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the school may request a data export. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of termination unless an export is requested.

9. Limitation of Liability

bloometrics provides developmental observations as a tool for teacher-parent communication. The platform does not provide medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Schools and parents should consult qualified professionals for clinical assessments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
