1. Who We Are

bloometrics School Connect is a product of NIYAMKAVACH AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

  • School Information: School name, board, city, class structure
  • Teacher Information: Name, email address (for authentication)
  • Student Information: Name, roll number, class, parent name, parent email, parent phone number
  • Developmental Observations: Teacher-recorded observations across 5 development dimensions, quick flags, subject progress, and activity notes
  • Parent Feedback: Development ratings, home observations, questions, and school satisfaction ratings submitted voluntarily by parents
  • PTM Data: Meeting schedules, time slots, booking records, action items

3. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Photographs or videos of children
  • Biometric data
  • Aadhaar numbers or government IDs
  • Financial information of parents or students
  • Location tracking data

4. How We Use Data

All data is used exclusively to:

  • Generate developmental reports for students
  • Facilitate parent-teacher meeting workflows
  • Provide school dashboards and analytics
  • Track action items and follow-ups

We do not sell, share, or monetize any data. We do not display advertisements.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored on servers located in India
  • We use PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security (RLS) — teachers see only their class, parents see only their child, principals see their school
  • All connections are encrypted via TLS/SSL
  • Authentication uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 (Google) or secure password hashing

6. Data Ownership

The school owns all data generated through bloometrics. Schools may request a full export of their data at any time. Upon termination of services, all school data will be deleted within 30 days unless an export is requested.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share data with any third parties. Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database) process data solely to provide the service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

8. Parent Access

Parents access bloometrics via shared WhatsApp links. No account creation or login is required. Parents can only view data related to their own child. Parent-submitted feedback is stored securely and visible only to the school.
